Aims & Scope

The Journal of Caring Sciences (JCS) is a quarterly, open access and peer-reviewed journal which provides a forum for original research and scholarship about Caring theories and models, Quality of care, Wound care, Nursing care, Midwifery and gynecologic care, Palliative care, Spiritual care, Clinical care, Self-care, Innovations in care, Holistic care, Cultural care, Qualitative research on care area  and Action research on care. All papers must have a sound scientific, theoretical or philosophical base.

The JCS mainly welcomes studies that aim to advance knowledge and understanding of all aspects of care by using of the most rigorous designs and methods in the field of health related professions. The journal also seeks to advance the quality of both quantitative and qualitative research methods by publishing methodological papers introducing a new research methods, measures, and new analytic techniques. All papers must have a sound scientific, theoretical or philosophical base.
